About me and my therapy practice
I am a Child and Adolescent Counsellor, also qualified to work with families.
Is your child or teenager facing challenges with anxiety, low mood, or social difficulties? I provide a safe, nurturing space where young people can explore their feelings, develop healthy coping strategies, and build emotional resilience. With over 10 years’ experience working with young people, I aim to empower them to navigate uncomfortable emotions, build confidence, and develop tools that support long-term wellbeing.
Alongside individual counselling, I am qualified to offer family counselling and parent sessions where appropriate. I work collaboratively with parents and carers, recognising the important role the family system plays in supporting a young person’s emotional wellbeing, improving communication, and strengthening relationships.
I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and offer both short-term and long-term counselling online and in person at The Practice in Weybridge or online.
I also offer EMDR therapy to adults and teenagers. EMDR is an evidence-based psychotherapy that can be effective in treating anxiety, phobias, and trauma. EMDR sessions are available both online and in person.
Contact me today to begin support for your child or your family.
