Do you ever feel like the one a week counselling session doesn't fit for you or feel you need more or something different?

I offer various types of support and when someone contacts me we formulate a package that suits them and this is adaptable depending on what they need.

Do you struggle with video or telephone but prefer to type or need time to process your thoughts? That is no problem.

Some people want 50 minute sessions but some want instant support and suggestions for example to support increasing self esteem and self confidence and setting goals while also having someone to support their accountability for their processes.

Some people prefer this way of communicating due to being ND etc. I have also had clients prefer this method, just because it removes the pressure of needing to decide in the moment what to discuss and clients who are non verbal.

- Live Chat Counselling for real time support without phone or video

- Anytime Text Packages where you can message me whenever you need support and receive a therapeutic response within 24 hours

- Email Therapy with reflective prompts to help you explore topics, process at your own pace and express yourself in writing

- Short Sessions (15 to 30 minutes) for grounding, decision making or quick support

-  50 minute Sessions by phone or video for deeper therapeutic work

- Ad Hoc Support when something comes up and you do not want to wait for a weekly slot, or you feel you may want a session more often or less often.

About me and my therapy practice

* I not only offer support in the form of sessions. I also offer text and email support . Have a dilemma you need to talk through ? I can support in the way you need at the time .

My supervision practice is inclusive, accessible, and grounded in meeting people exactly where they are. I work with trainee and qualified counsellors, but I also supervise individuals in a wide range of roles where emotional labour, trauma exposure, or people facing responsibilities are part of the work.

Alongside my clinical practice, I have supported BACP as a mentor for trainees from ethnically minoritised backgrounds, disabled and neurodivergent trainees, and LGBTQIA+ practitioners. This experience has strengthened my commitment to creating supervision that actively reduces barriers and supports people to thrive in training and in practice.

I supervise individuals not only in counselling roles but also in any job where there is no built in space to debrief, offload, or think through emotionally demanding work. This includes people working in short term or contract roles, or in positions where the work carries a high emotional load but no formal supervision is provided. If your role exposes you to stress, trauma, or complex situations and you feel you need a confidential space to talk things through and find supportive, practical solutions, my supervision practice can offer that.

Accessibility is central to my practice. Reasonable adjustments are always available, and I work with you to shape sessions around your needs, communication style, and pace. Whether you are a trainee counsellor or working in another emotionally demanding role, supervision with me is a place to reflect, offload, learn, and grow with clarity and support.

Practice description

I work in a structured yet flexible way, helping you make sense of the emotional, relational, and practical challenges in your role. I pay close attention to the impact your work has on you, the patterns you are navigating, and the pressures you may be carrying. My approach is steady, clear, and grounded in helping you feel understood, resourced, and confident in your decisions.

I offer a space where you can think out loud, explore dilemmas, and develop your own clinical voice. I am direct when it is helpful, gentle when things feel heavy, and always focused on what will support you best. Together we look at what is working, what feels stuck, and what you need to move forward.

My first session

My first intake session is £30 and is not time limited. This is important so you do not feel rushed and you have the time to express your needs and wants for the work. We will work through the initial assessment together so I can understand what you need from supervision and how best to support you. This includes exploring your background, the type of work you do, and any reasonable adjustments that would help sessions run smoothly. You do not need to know in advance what adjustments are available, as we will go through this together. I will also ask about any neurodivergence, disabilities, or access needs that I should be aware of so the space can be tailored to you.
