About me and my therapy practice

With a Master’s degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy and accredited status with the BACP, I work with adults (18+) both in person (Odiham, Farnham, Basingstoke) and remotely (online and telephone). I am experienced in providing both short and long term therapy; offering weekday and evening appointments.

Feel free to get in touch to arrange a free initial phone consultation, which will provide an opportunity for us to briefly discuss the difficulties you are experiencing and how counselling may be of benefit.

At times, life can feel particularly challenging. If you are going through a difficult time and finding it hard to cope, then you’re certainly not alone. Perhaps you’re trying to come to terms with a recent life event or change in circumstances. Maybe you’re feeling stressed, anxious, unhappy, generally out of sorts or ‘stuck’. Counselling can help to explore the difficulties that weigh us down and, as your counsellor, I will support you to find a way forward which works for you.

The way in which I work is described as ‘integrative’ which means that I integrate different strands of therapy to offer a bespoke approach based on each individual and their unique circumstances. Paramount to my practice is providing a warm, non-judgemental and collaborative setting for you to feel as comfortable as possible.

My experience includes supporting individuals facing a range of difficulties, including:

Anxiety

Bereavement / Loss

Depression

Fertility Difficulties

OCD

Panic

Pregnancy Related Difficulties

Redundancy

Relationship Difficulties

Self-esteem

Significant Life Events

Stress

Women's issues

Work Issues

I have also worked extensively as a Volunteer Counsellor and Psychotherapist for Mind and the Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre (RASASC).

Please visit my website to find out more: www.thrive-therapy.co.uk/
