About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Cally.
If you’re reading this because things feel difficult right now, you’re not alone. Many people come to me when they’re overwhelmed, feeling anxious or depressed, struggling with difficult relationships, or coping with past events and traumas.
Let me help you navigate this. I’ll be with you every step of the way, supporting you to understand your difficulties and how they’re affecting you. Together, we’ll focus on the changes you want to make, reconnecting you with your own strengths and resources and helping you live a fuller, more satisfying life.
I have nearly 10 years of experience working with adults and young people. My approach is friendly and down-to-earth, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity. I bring warmth, connection, and creativity to my work, offering a safe and accepting space where you can speak openly and feel truly heard.
I work with adults, and I also welcome enquiries from young people, as well as their parents or carers. Supporting young people requires specialist skills and experience, which I have developed over many years through my clinical work. I have a strong understanding of safeguarding processes and know how to connect effectively with young people. If you’re unsure, please get in touch, and I’ll be happy to explain in more detail how I work
Practice description
We can work online or meet in person in my cosy garden studio in Hanwell, W7. I will draw upon my range of skills and knowledge to tailor my approach to suit you. My approach is person-centred, a theory based on the belief that each person has the potential to understand themselves and solve their problems within the support of a warm and trusting counselling relationship.
My first session
Reaching out is a courageous first step, and I would be delighted to speak with you initially to explore the possibility of working together. I offer a free 15-minute phone or Zoom call, and we can go from there. Whatever your reason for seeking counselling, I look forward to hearing from you.
If we feel we will work well together, we can arrange a time for an initial session costing £70. During this session, I may ask you some questions about what has brought you to counselling and your expectations for therapy. I can also let you know more about the way I work and we can decide if we think we will be a good fit.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome to my supervision practice!
I welcome supervisees who work with adults or young people.
With over 10 years’ experience as a qualified therapist, I’ve worked with both adults and young people across a range of settings, including charities, mainstream schools, specialist education providers and private practice. I’d love to share what I’ve learned and support you as you grow and develop in your work with clients.
My supervision practice and personal philosophy are grounded in Rogers’ person-centred approach. I also draw on other models, such as Hawkins and Shohet’s Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, and offer creative methods of expression to provide a flexible approach that supports your preferred way of working.
I am in regular supervision of supervision and I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am subject to its complaints procedure.
Please contact me, and we can see if we are a good fit.
Practice description
Safety:
I encourage you to bring all aspects of your work to supervision, what’s going well, and what feels more challenging. I believe that mistakes can offer valuable growth opportunities when explored within a compassionate and non-judgemental space.
You won’t be left to manage risk or safeguarding concerns on your own. If something urgent comes up between sessions, you’re welcome to get in touch. I’m here to support you.
Space:
I aim to offer fresh perspectives on client work and the relationships around it, while also holding space to reflect on issues of equality, diversity, and inclusion as an integral part of our work together.
Creativity:
I welcome creative methods of expression and exploration as a way to encourage depth and new perspectives in the supervision process.
