I have been in the field of mental health for 10+ years, the last 7.5 of which have been within my own private practice 'In Session With Eleni'.
My approach is predominantly Person-Centered, however I draw on elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & Transactional Analysis also.
I am interested in working with trauma/reparenting, helping clients make sense of their past & develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
I have an inattentive ADHD diagnosis & so hold knowledge & relatability around this.
I am bilingual English/Greek & so welcome enquiries from Greek speaking UK residents.

Healing happens through feeling genuinely seen, heard & understood. I aim to offer a warm, authentic & supportive therapeutic relationship where my client can explore whatever is on their mind. I pride myself in always working professionally & ethically.
People that tend to be drawn to working with me are:
- Those who have been through a lot in their lives but struggle to know what to say/where to start.
- Those who hold traits of ADHD (overthinking, relationship struggles, overwhelm etc.)
- Adults struggling with their relationship with their parents.
- Parents who want to break unhealthy generational cycles.
- Those who want to work through attachment issues.
- Men who find it challenging to open up about their feelings.
- Those wanting to set boundaries but don't know how to.
- Those who have been through something traumatic and want a safe calm place to talk through the event.
- Those who are ready to focus on their relationship with themselves.
My first session
The initial step in our work together would be the reading & signing of our therapeutic contract. This will be emailed over to you, & contains all relevant information surrounding confidentiality, payment, boundaries etc. This process will assist in us both feeling safe & clear before we virtually meet for the first time.
You will most likely feel anxious & uncertain during our first session, something that I always keep in mind. There will be no assessments or questionnaires to be completed. Our goal will be to simply have a conversation about you. What we end up talking about will assist me in finding out more about you & how i can support you best, and you in feeling reassured & increasingly at ease.
