About me and my therapy practice
I’m an integrative therapist based in Leamington Spa, offering support to children, young people, and adults across Warwickshire. With over 8 years of experience, I use a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether you’re navigating challenging emotions, trauma, or seeking to improve family dynamics, I’m here to help. I can offer in person sessions in Leamington Spa, or online if you would prefer.
I have vast experience working with children, young people, adults and families in various settings. I work to an integrative model, meaning I use a variety of different tools, modalities and training to fit the needs of the individual client. My training covered family therapy also, and I am comfortable including the parent or carer in the therapeutic work with a child if I deem this to be appropriate. I have experience working with children of 4 years old up to adults. I am particularly passionate about the power of play, creative and somatic approaches to assist the therapeutic process.
I am an accredited EMDR practitioner and EMDR consultant in training. I can deliver EMDR virtually or face to face.
I have a specialism in working with trauma - whether this be situational, developmental or relational and experience working to the 3 stage trauma processing model. I also have vast experience working with adoptive families or children within the care system, and alongside private work I previously worked for a psychotherapeutic trauma centre delivering therapy and trauma informed training to schools and adoptive parents or foster carers.
I have experience with short and long term work, EAP and medico-legal sessions also. I work as a clinical supervisor for individuals and groups.
Please feel free to get in touch and we can discuss how I might be able to support you or your family further.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP accredited integrative counsellor with an advanced certificate in Clinical Supervision. I have been working therapeutically for over 8 years, and work with children age 4 up to adults with a specialism in trauma. I use a variety of approaches in my work such as play, creative and somatic techniques, as well as working to the 3 stage trauma processing model. I also have further training in modalities such as Schema, IFS, ACT and mindfulness. I am an accredited EMDR practitioner and EMDR consultant in training.
My aim as a supervisor is to provide you with a space to explore and process your therapeutic work. The sessions should support your overall wellbeing, enhance your practice and encourage your professional development. My supervision style largely follows The Seven eyed model by Hawkins and Shohet.
