I am Rebecca, a counsellor and clinical supervisor offering face‑to‑face counselling in Hutton, near Weston-Super-Mare, and online therapy across the UK.
My practice, Somewhere to Talk, is a warm, grounded space where individuals can explore what they are going through with someone who listens deeply and without judgement.
Clients often come to me when they feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. I offer a steady, compassionate presence so you do not have to navigate things alone.
My approach is relational, person‑centred, and collaborative. I do not diagnose or direct; instead, I walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences. Sessions are gentle, reflective, and shaped around what feels safe and helpful for you.

Practice description
I work from my own Private Practice in the countryside, near to Weston Super mare. The therapy room is Ground floor, large and with plenty of natural light. There are bathroom facilities next to the therapy room.
I also offer Therapy sessions within the grounds of our peaceful garden setting. We can flourish when surrounded by nature, its effects alone can add to the benefits of therapy.

During your initial Consultation we work together, sharing information and exploring what you would like to achieve. It is a time for reflection and making a plan to move forward, it is also an opportunity to ask questions and get to know each other.

I offer clinical supervision in Hutton, near Weston-Super-Mare, Somerset, and online supervision across the UK for counsellors, psychotherapists, and trainees. My work is grounded in a relational, Integrative and person‑centred approach that supports your wellbeing, your clients, and your professional development.
I hold an NCIP Accredited, Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Counselling Supervision (KRCS) (Distinction), providing a strong ethical and theoretical foundation for supervising therapists working with adults, couples, and young people.

I am a compassionate and experienced senior practitioner, with over 30 years experience of working with individuals, couples, and relationship issues within families.
My Qualification for Supervision is an NCIP Accredited, Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Counselling Supervision (KRCS). (Distinction)
I work with an Integrative model of supervision and place value on the working relationship. to help you explore all aspects of your work, this includes Safeguarding and ethical issues and encouraging self-reflection to professional and personal development.
This is a supportive space for you to discuss your clients, look at any concerns and explore your practice as a therapist. I aim to be a warm, supportive ally for you in Supervision, ensuring that you feel confident working with your clients.
I can also work creatively, should that be useful to you.
Face‑to‑Face and Online Supervision
I offer in‑person supervision in Hutton, easily accessible from Weston-Super-Mare and surrounding Somerset areas. I also provide online supervision UK‑wide, offering flexibility and continuity for therapists who prefer or require remote working.
Fees
Individual supervision: £60 per hour session £90 per 90 minutes.
Trainee supervision: £50 per hour session
Individual and small group supervision is available to counselling, psychotherapy and holistic practitioners and students.
I am happy to discuss a Group supervision arrangement - maximum four members.

What happens at the Initial consultation session?
The Initial consultation gives us both the space and opportunity to get to know each other and see whether we can work together, collaboratively, in a Supervisor - Supervisee relationship. It is also the time for you to discuss your personal supervision requirements and ascertain whether I am the right Supervisor for you.
