About me and my therapy practice

I am a Counselling Psychologist offering a warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive space for adults navigating emotional, relational, and neurodevelopmental challenges. My integrative approach draws on humanistic, psychodynamic, CBT, and narrative perspectives, informed by over a decade of clinical experience across the UK and Europe.

I have worked across a range of settings, including private practice, the NHS, educational settings and charitable organisations, supporting individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences. I am particularly interested in understanding how our personal histories, relationships and wider environments shape the ways we experience ourselves and navigate life's challenges.

I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual, recognising their unique needs, strengths and circumstances. My aim is to create a space where people feel heard, understood and able to explore their experiences at their own pace. I also place importance on making therapy accessible and responsive to different ways of thinking, communicating and processing experiences.

I work in both English and Greek and have extensive experience supporting individuals from diverse cultural and international backgrounds.

My first session

What to expect from your first session:

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to explore what has brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain from it, and what feels important for us to focus on.

Understanding your needs: We will explore your current concerns, personal circumstances and hopes for therapy, allowing us to begin identifying what you would like to work towards.

Your previous experiences of therapy: If you have attended therapy before, we can discuss what you found helpful, what perhaps did not work as well, and any preferences you may have for your therapeutic experience this time.

Getting to know each other: You will have the opportunity to get a sense of me and my way of working, ask questions and consider whether you feel comfortable working together.

If we both feel that working together would be a good fit, we can arrange a regular weekly appointment and begin our therapeutic work collaboratively, at a pace that feels right for you.

I welcome any questions you may have, so please do get in touch. I aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day.
