I offer afternoon and evening appointments on weekdays.
You can choose how often we meet—weekly, fortnightly, or monthly—whatever works best for you. I also offer flexible scheduling to fit around your commitments. Some people like a regular time and day, while others prefer to arrange each session at the end of the last one. We’ll work in the way that suits you best.
If you are under 25, then I'd like to offer you a reduced rate of £40/session.
About me and my therapy practice
When Life Feels Harder Than It Should
Life might look okay on the outside, but inside, things feel harder than it should. Maybe self-doubt creeps in, you overthink conversations, or you feel stuck in relationships that don’t quite work. Perhaps the past is showing up in ways you didn’t expect, or you’re just exhausted from trying to keep it all together on your own. You might be juggling work pressures, big life changes, or just feeling disconnected from yourself.
Therapy with me is a chance to pause and unravel some of that noise. It’s a space to explore what’s really going on, make sense of your experiences, and figure out what you need—at your pace, with someone who listens and doesn’t rush you.
A Nurturing Space, Just for You
I’m an accredited therapist, and my approach is warm, open, and guided by what works best for you. Some people want a space to talk things through and reflect; others prefer to focus on practical steps for managing everyday challenges. We can do a mix of both, whatever feels right.
I offer a deeply inclusive approach—your identity, relationships, and experiences are always welcomed here. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, self-doubt, big questions about who you are, or something else entirely, we’ll explore it together in a way that feels safe and supportive.
Finding Your Own Pace
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, questioning things, or simply want to understand yourself better, I’m here to help. There’s no pressure—just a warm, welcoming space to figure out what you need.
Practice description
Therapy That Fits Around You and Your Life
I focus on online therapy because it’s flexible, convenient, and fits around real life. You can have sessions from the comfort of your home—or wherever you feel most at ease. I’ve done lots of training to make sure online counselling feels just as supportive and connected as in-person therapy. Whether you want to talk things through, untangle tricky feelings, or focus on practical steps to manage life’s challenges, we’ll work at your pace and in a way that feels right for you.
How Often Do We Meet?
You can choose the frequency that works best for you—weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Some people like a regular time and day, while others prefer to decide at the end of each session. We’ll work together in a way that suits you and your commitments.
Outdoor Therapy
If you’d prefer something different, I also offer outdoor therapy. There’s something grounding about being outside in nature—it can bring fresh perspectives and help you feel more open. We might walk and talk, sit on a bench, or use the natural surroundings to guide the session.
Workplace Wellbeing
I also work with schools and workplaces, supporting staff wellbeing and improving mental health in teams. We can tailor the approach to what your setting needs.
My first session
Getting started is simple. You can email, call, text, or fill in the contact form here. We can arrange a free 15-minute chat to see if we’re a good fit and talk through any questions you have.
If you’d like to move forward, I’ll send over some paperwork explaining how we’ll work together, along with a short form for you to complete. Once that’s done, we’ll find a time that works for your first session.
