About me and my therapy practice

Do you feel stuck? confused? depressed? Not sure which feelings are yours or where they come from and have been learnt? Worried about the future and anxious thinking of the past?

Or are you a parent finding it hard to know how to support your child and feel they would benefit from talking to someone impartial?

I offer face-to-face or outdoor/walk-and-talk sessions in Shrewsbury, Shropshire and online/electronic sessions UK.

I support you in undoing all the learnt messages you may have absorbed while trying to fit into the world and please others. Together we will explore who you are and not who you've learnt to be.

I qualified as a Counsellor/Psychotherapist in 2007. I work full-time in private practice with adults, young people, and within schools. I can also use creative methods and integrate theories like Gestalt and CBT.

My Counselling Qualifications include:

-Level 2 in Counselling Skills

-Level 3 in Counselling Practice

-Level 4 in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

-Level 4 Advanced Diploma in Counselling Practice and Theory

-Batchelor of Science (BSc) First Class Honours Degree in Counselling

-Master of Arts (MA) in Counselling and Psychotherapy

I am AuDHD.
