About me and my therapy practice
* ONLINE or TELEPHONE SESSIONS ONLY*
Welcome — I’m Fiona, an Integrative Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. Are you feeling stuck right now, feeling overwhelmed and talking to family and friends isn’t helping anymore. Are you and your partner feeling disconnected or have you lost someone, and it feels like you’ve lost a part of yourself. I support people navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, identity questions, and the lingering effects of past experiences. I also bring extensive lived experience of neurodivergence, which helps me meet each person with a genuine understanding and a deep appreciation for the many different ways we move through and experience the world.
Experience and Training
I'm particularly interested in helping you find new ways of understanding, managing and sometimes resolving both the emotional and the physical symptoms of stress, distress and trauma. Physical symptoms you may experience are headaches, fatigue, digestive problems, back and neck pain and more.
I offer psychotherapy that is integrative, working with both the mind and body, allowing a whole body approach to healing. With over 9 years of experience working in this field in many settings, working with a diverse range of people.
Taking the step to access therapy can feel very difficult, and I aim to offer a safe, confidential place where you can talk freely and be heard without judgment or pressure. Together, we’ll gently explore what you need, ease the weight of what’s been holding you back, and find a way forward that supports you in becoming the person you want to be — at your pace, and in a way that feels right for you.
