With over 10 years of experience, I help individuals and couples navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, attachment difficulties, low self-esteem, and major life transitions.

Anxiety can show up in many ways like constant overthinking, excessive worry, racing thoughts, panic attacks, difficulty switching off, people-pleasing, perfectionism, health anxiety, relationship anxiety, stress, or a persistent feeling of being overwhelmed. It can affect your confidence, relationships, work, sleep, and overall quality of life. Together, we will explore the underlying causes of your anxiety, identify the patterns keeping it going, and develop practical strategies to help you feel calmer, more in control, and better equipped to cope with life’s challenges.

I also support individuals and couples experiencing communication difficulties, trust issues, recurring conflict, attachment concerns, dating challenges, family tensions, and relationship transitions.
