You’re thoughtful, capable, and strong—people turn to you for advice, for comfort. But what they don’t always see is how much you’ve had to carry behind the scenes.

You’ve spent years walking on eggshells, second-guessing your worth, trying to keep the peace—especially with the people who made love feel conditional. Maybe it was a parent whose affection came with control or criticism. Or a partner who left you questioning yourself, feeling small, never quite “enough.”

Even though you’ve tried to move on, the echoes of those old patterns still linger—showing up in your relationships, your inner dialogue, your sense of self.

On the outside, you appear to have it all together. But inside, you might feel drained, anxious, disconnected, or unsure of who you really are.

If any of this sounds familiar, I want you to know: you’re not alone. I work with women navigating the aftermath of emotionally neglectful or narcissistic relationships—especially with parents or partners. You’ve likely worked incredibly hard to make difficult relationships work—often silencing your needs, doubting your instincts, and prioritising everyone else. And no matter how much effort you pour in, something still feels missing—like a part of you is quietly calling to be seen.

My own journey through complex and emotionally damaging relationships is what brought me to this work. I know how lonely and confusing the healing path can feel—especially when the world doesn’t quite grasp the invisible wounds these dynamics leave behind. That lived understanding shapes how I show up: with warmth, presence, and an unwavering belief in your capacity to heal and grow.

In our work together, we’ll begin to untangle the impact of these relationships—so you can move from self-doubt to self-trust, from people-pleasing to boundaries, from invisibility to feeling deeply seen.

Hi, I’m Ariana—a trauma-informed, BACP-accredited integrative counsellor, offering online therapy for women ready to do the deeper healing work.

If you’re high-functioning on the outside but inwardly exhausted, disconnected or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I see you.

Maybe you’ve read the books, tried the tools—even been to therapy before. But something still hasn’t shifted. That’s where our work begins.

With over 9 years` of experience and a warm, compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy, I offer a safe, grounding space where you can reconnect with your voice, your worth, and your sense of self. A space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or shrink yourself. A space just for you.

Our sessions are tailored to meet you where you are, and help you move forward—with clarity, compassion, and choice.
