I currently have good availability throughout weekdays and evenings.About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited member of the BACP, an experienced counsellor, and an accredited EMDR practitioner. I believe that everyone is unique, and I offer a flexible approach to counselling, drawing on a range of methods so that our work together feels right for you as an individual.
Our counselling relationship will be collaborative. You bring your own experiences and understanding of being you, and I bring my training, experience and knowledge of counselling. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly and be listened to with empathy, compassion and without judgement.
I will work sensitively with you to explore the difficulties you may be facing. By gaining a clearer understanding of what is happening in your life and how it affects you, you may begin to see things from a new perspective. Together, we can explore any areas of your life you would like to change or improve. Counselling can make a meaningful and positive difference.
You may be feeling overwhelmed by sadness or hopelessness, with little motivation for the future.
You may be experiencing ongoing stress or anxiety, or feeling isolated and disconnected from those around you.
You may be struggling with anger or irritability, finding yourself feeling defensive or reacting in ways you later regret.
Counselling can help you make sense of these experiences, identify what may be causing them, and support you in finding ways to move forward.
I also take a holistic approach to counselling, considering your emotional, psychological, physical, spiritual and behavioural wellbeing, so that our work together supports you as a whole person. EMDR therapy can be used alongside counselling where appropriate, to help process difficult or distressing experiences.

I am qualified to offer supervision either remotely or in person. I can work with you face to face, via telephone call or video call (or a blend of all three), depending on your need.Practice description
You are welcome to bring all aspects of your clinical work — the sessions you feel confident about, as well as those that feel more challenging or raise questions and curiosity. I hope to foster a supervisory relationship in which you feel comfortable, supported and able to develop your skills, knowledge and confidence. I listen carefully to how you work with therapeutic interventions and how your own processes show up in the work, in order to support you thoughtfully and ethically in your practice.
I work in line with the BACP Ethical Framework and use this as a foundation for our supervision. By working within these professional standards, we can help ensure that both you and your clients are receiving safe, effective and high-quality therapeutic support.
I am an integrative and compassionate practitioner who values each supervisee as an individual. I aim to support your unique therapeutic style while also maintaining clear professional boundaries in line with your training, experience and competence.
Throughout my own career, I have experienced the value of high-quality supervision and the positive impact it can have both personally and professionally. This informs the way I work and the care I bring to my supervisory relationships.
I offer 90-minute supervision sessions at £75.
I hold a Level 6 Professional Diploma in Therapeutic Supervision.
