I believe it's so important to find a counsellor that you feel comfortable with, to bring whatever issues you want to talk about and to know that the person sat opposite you wont judge you, but offer acceptance and empathy. I offer a free introduction session for you to see if we're a good fit. Get in touch to book a free session in either Brighton or Hove.

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor, which means I believe we all have the capacity for healing and growth, despite the difficulties and obstacles that might get in the way. I work with a range of people who bring a variety of issues, including:

The first session is free to give you the opportunity to get to know me and see if you feel we could work well together. I will ask for a brief overview of what brings you to therapy and to get an idea of your expectations of therapy. It is also a great opportunity to ask me any relevant questions.
