About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced therapist with a counselling degree and currently seeing clients in my private practice and supervising therapists. I have 13years and 5000+ hours of clinical experience.

I'm also working for one of UK's leading mental health charities as a Supervisor

I offer a 20 mins FREE first initial meeting via Zoom/Microsoft Teams/FaceTime.

It is important you feel safe and comfortable talking to me and the first session enables you to decide if you would like to work with me.
