Are you ready for change?
We cannot change people, we can only change ourselves, and in so doing, people start changing around us. I strongly believe that positive relationships are key to growth and well-being. I am Relate trained, as well as having studied Psychology in Bs As and having an MA in Interactive Narratives as a Tool for Change.
After 12 years of work at Relate and in my private practice , with over 5000 contact hours seeing individuals, couples and young people, I am confident I deliver a service that works.
I offer face to face sessions in my private practice in York, or online sessions via Zoom.
What some Clients have said about my work:
"What can I say. Claudia has literally helped me transform and elevate my way of thinking and seeing things, by providing constructive tools to work with, as well as being able to express and say as I please without fear or judgement. Her warmth and straight talking just hit different compared to all other therapists. Can not thank her enough for the best transformative sessions I've ever experienced." Toyah MB
"Claudia is very experienced and refreshingly direct which really helps to get to the bottom of challenges. After trying two other therapists who managed to make things worse I can confidently say Claudia is very very good at what she does." Chris C
"Throughout my life, I've dipped into therapy several times when faced with things like depression, anxiety, and now grief. and I can honestly say that Claudia is the best counsellor I've worked with. I cannot thank her enough." Kelvin D
"Claudia coped smoothly with holding bilingual sessions in Spanish and English, and inspired us to have confidence in our own abilities to learn and grow. Highly recommended." Mark R
"Claudia is incredibly knowledgeable, I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to understand themselves and their relationship dynamics for a happier life." Fiona P
