About me and my therapy practice
Welcome. My name is Agnieszka, but I am better known as “Aggie”.
I am an enthusiastic and professional counsellor, interested in facilitating people’s full potential. For the past 10 years, I have been working therapeutically across a range of settings. I have experience in providing specialised counselling for neurodivergent individuals, including those on the autism spectrum, as well as working with people experiencing significant mental health difficulties.
But above all, I am me. And it is me who I bring into the room to work alongside you and whatever issues, problems, or dilemmas you may be facing. I speak from my mind, my heart, and my intuition.
I believe you already have everything it takes to become the fullest version of yourself. You might wonder how this happens. My answer is: through relationship.
Imagine experiencing yourself within an unconditional, non-judgmental, and empathic relationship, where you can simply be you.
“Scary,” you might say. You may have trusted people before—so how will this be different?
From the moment you enter the space, we will work collaboratively to create safety and establish boundaries that feel right for you. This is a space where you can cry, laugh, swear, or sit in silence—whatever feels authentic and needed.
By engaging in therapy, you enter a space for exploration and healing. We might talk, sit in silence, listen, or explore creative ways of expression such as drawing or working with materials. We may connect with different parts of yourself, including your Inner Child, and gently explore your experiences across past, present, and future.
Each session is shaped around you. Together, we will make sense of your experiences, deepen self-understanding, and support you in reconnecting with your true self.
Practice description
I offer a warm, relational space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. My approach is rooted in person-centred and existential therapy, which means I will not direct or advise you, but instead support you in finding your own meaning, direction, and understanding.
I work in a way that is flexible and responsive to you. Some sessions may focus on talking things through, while others may include silence, reflection, or more creative ways of exploring your experience if this feels helpful. There is no “right” way to be in therapy—what matters is what feels authentic to you.
I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those who identify as autistic or ADHD. I aim to offer a space that is accepting of different ways of thinking, processing, and being, without expectation to mask or fit into neurotypical norms.
Our work together will focus on building a safe and trusting relationship. From this foundation, we can begin to explore patterns, emotions, and experiences across your past, present, and future, supporting you to develop greater self-awareness and connection to yourself.
Sessions are currently offered online, providing a flexible and accessible way to engage in therapy from your own space. While some people may initially feel unsure about online counselling, many find that it allows for a depth of connection and safety that can be just as meaningful and effective as working face-to-face.
