Hi I'm Fran, I am an accredited, experienced female counsellor in Swindon offering you a safe space to say what is on your mind with non-judgemental support.

Life can often be unpredictable and challenging. Sadness, fatigue and a sense of something missing can become draining and overwhelming.

Counselling offers you the opportunity to plan your route to change.

I am passionate about all of the work I have the privilege to do with clients. 

I have experienced many challenges, struggles and trauma which lead me to retrain as a counsellor at the age of 39. I am on a journey or self discovery and healing and I have walked the walk to enable me to join you on yours. I offer a safe and comfortable space for you to share whatever is on your mind. I will spend time getting to know you. Listening and walking beside you offering empathy to build a trusting therapeutic relationship. 

How can counselling help?

Counselling provides an opportunity to explore how you are experiencing life and why, and how you would like to experience it to find balance and happiness.

I work with your goals and what you want to achieve in your sessions.

Your first session is for you to share what is on your mind and consider what you would like from coming for counselling.

I will structure this first session to offer information and clarity about confidentiality, a chance to consider your state using a set of question. I will explain more about your state and share some psycoeducation to help you demonstrate what you can identify as your current experience. 

The session will last 50 minutes and give you a chance to consider how you feel about working with me. You can ask any questions and have autonomy to do what is right for you.

Hi i'm Fran, I offer clinical supervision for new and experienced counsellors. I supervise counsellors in Private Practice and voluntary roles.

I have experience of working in a voluntary practice, young persons agency and private practice with a variety of different clients and ages from 12 to 70's. I work in person, on line and over the telephone.

 I know that life is challenging and busy as a counsellor. You choose if you would like to work with me online or in person. 

I welcome any of your questions and I will explain how we can work together. 

The first session will cover contracts, getting to know each other and clinical work.

I only offer online sessions in this area

I offer private clinical supervision to counsellors. I supervise counsellors in Private Practice and voluntary roles.
