About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced psychotherapist who has helped many people through difficult times in their lives. I will work together with you to discuss, understand and resolve anything that’s on your mind. My priority is to create a space where you feel listened to and accepted. We will explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and situation.

I work with clients with a wide range of personal issues around depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, abuse, loneliness, stresses within the workplace, low self-esteem, relationship and sexual problems including performance anxiety, erectile dysfunction and struggles with intimacy.

I have also worked with many clients from the LGBTQ+ community with issues surrounding sexual identity, shame, body image, chemsex, toxic masculinity and homophobia.

Born in London and having worked in Soho for many years, I am familiar with the opportunities and challenges that can come with living and working in the capital.

My practice is based at One Therapy London, near Oxford Circus.

Practice description

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can freely explore and express how you are feeling. I help clients gain deeper understanding and meaning to their thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Working together, we can address any difficulties you are experiencing, find ways to move forward and implement positive life changes.

I work within an Integrative framework. This means I incorporate different psychological approaches according to what best suits you and your needs. I work with individuals on a short or long term basis.

My first session

In our first session we will discuss your reasons for coming to therapy and what you wish to gain from it. We will talk about any previous therapy and also I will ask you about key relationships and any events that may have had an impact on you. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions you have about counselling or psychotherapy. We will assess whether we are the right ‘fit’ and discuss further sessions if you want to continue with me as your therapist. And, of course, all of this is completely confidential.

You can find more information about me and how I work on the One Therapy website. And if you have any questions, please feel free to call or email me ( I look forward to hearing from you.
