I'm available for in-person and online counselling, for individuals and couples, Monday-Thursday.
About me and my therapy practice
There's a part of you that knows something needs to change - even if you can't quite name what it is.
Outwardly, life may look fine. You're functioning, coping, perhaps even succeeding. But underneath, there's a sense of strain, disconnection, or something important being missed.
For some, this shows up as anxiety, overthinking, or a loss of direction. For couples, it can feel like distance, repeated conflict, or the quiet erosion of closeness.
This is where we begin.
I offer a calm, thoughtful space where we can slow things down and look at what's really going on - beneath the surface patterns that keep you stuck. My approach is relational, curious and tailored to you. I won't simply sit back; I'll think with you, notice what matters, and gently challenge where it feels helpful. Our work is collaborate, practical, and designed to create lasting change that feels authentic to your life.
For individuals, this often brings a clearer sense of self, renewed emotional strength, and the confidence to live more intentionally.
For couples, it's about understanding each other more deeply, communicating with honesty, and discovering connection the feels alive and sustaining.
If this speaks to you, you're very welcome to contact me to arrange an initial conversation to explore if this feels like the right place to begin.

I work within The Cherry Tree Therapy Centre in Henley-on -Thames as part of a trusted, professional team and environment.
I am available Monday-Thursday for in-person and online sessions.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer professional supervision to counsellors and healthcare professionals in a supportive, reflective and collaborative environment.
My approach is relational and tailored, helping supervisees gain clarity, confidence, and insight into their clinical work whilst also attending to their own well-being.
Drawing on my experience running a successful private counselling practice and supporting professionals in high-pressure, frontline roles, I understand the emotional, ethical and practical challenges of therapeutic work.
In supervision, I help supervisees reflect on clinical decisions, explore emotional responses, and develop strategies that enhance both effectiveness and personal resilience.
At the heart of my supervision is safety, integrity and care. I create an environment where supervisees can be honest, curious, and open about their practice, whilst also being gently challenged to deepen self-awareness, professional competence and emotional balance.
Supporting supervisees' well-being is as important as developing skills - so that they can continue to practice with clarity, confidence and presence.
