About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck? Perhaps you're struggling with difficult memories, trauma, or patterns that keep repeating. Whatever has brought you here, I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can be heard without judgement.
I'm a qualified MBACP Humanistic Counsellor with specialist training in trauma, including dissociation, somatisation, and self-harm. I work with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions — supporting you at your own pace.
My approach is collaborative and client-led. I believe you are the expert of your own experience, and my role is to walk alongside you as you work through what's holding you back. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feel something isn't right, therapy can help.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds. Growing up in a multicultural environment, I feel at ease working with people from different cultural and ethnic communities.

Face-to-Face Therapy
I offer face-to-face sessions on Tuesdays from a private, comfortable therapy room. If you prefer in-person connection, this option may suit you well.
Online Therapy
Online therapy can feel daunting at first, but many clients find it just as effective as face-to-face work — with the added flexibility of attending from home. Sessions take place via a secure, confidential video platform.
Both options offer the same quality of support. Some clients choose one or move between the two depending on their circumstances.
My first session
Finding the right therapist matters. Before we begin, I offer a 20-minute free phone consultation so we can discuss what's bringing you to therapy and whether we're a good fit.
If we decide to work together, sessions are weekly. Each session lasts 50 minutes.
It's normal to feel nervous about starting therapy. I'll go at your pace and we'll work together to make the space feel comfortable for you.

About me and my therapy practice

Our first session is a chance to meet, ask questions, and share your goals and experience as a therapist. If you'd like to discuss whether I'm the right supervisor for you, please get in touch to arrange a free 15-minute phone call.
