If you are suffering from anxiety and finding relationships in your life extremely stressful and looking for therapeutic support, I am an person-centred counsellor with over 10 years of experience who specialises in helping clients with their relationships difficulties and help them move to a more positive place.
Whether it be difficulties in relationship with your partner, or with your family, I provide a confidential, accepting space where you can talk about your struggles, and help you understand why things are so difficult and what you might do to improve those relationships.
The therapy sessions I offer are online, on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for individuals, and can be either short-term or long term, for as long as you need.

I have also worked with a domestic violence charity, counselling women who have experienced childhood trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety/panic, low self-esteem and PTSD. I have also worked with specifically counselling parents struggling with parenting and family relationships.

Our first session is an exploratory one to see if you feel I am the right therapist for you. If you are happy to continue we can then book in regular weekly or bi-weekly sessions.
