I work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays & have some availability on a Thursday currently.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a Post Graduate Diploma Person Centred Therapist & a member of the BACP working within the Ethical & legal guidelines of the BACP.

I work via Zoom in a safe secure environment & adhere to all the Data Protection Guidelines.

Practice description

As a Person Centred therapist I offer a safe non-judgemental, empathic, congruent, positive environment for clients to explore who they are & ways to better understand why they re-act, behave the way they do. All sessions are a full hour long for as many or as few sessions as the client requires with varying intervals.

As well as private work I am also affiliated to Validium & Pam Assist agencies offering counselling through the Employee Assistance Programme.

My first session

At your first session I will go through the necessary 'house keeping' contracting etc & gather information from you with regard to what has brought you to counselling.
