About me and my therapy practice
Thank you for taking the time to review my profile. My name is Kathryn Price and I am a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist.
Life can be incredibly challenging at times, overwhelming even! Any one of us can be left feeling depleted, not good enough, or unable to cope alone.
Being in relationship with another person who is willing and able to hear and accept all of you, exactly as you are, where you will not be judged, whatever you are thinking, or however you are feeling, where you will be offered the opportunity to experience your own sense of being understood, can be enormously valuable and beneficial.
As a qualified person-centred counsellor I work within an established approach which places you at the heart of the therapeutic relationship. I am committed to hearing and understanding your perspective and experience of yourself, your relationships and your world.
In offering you a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space it is hoped that you will begin to feel more able to work through whatever is of concern for you.
A relationship that is based on a mutual and shared trust encourages the development of greater levels of self-awareness and an opportunity for you to explore different ways forward that feel more growth-full and satisfying to you.
If you feel that being heard in this way could be beneficial for you, please contact me for an initial discussion.
