About me and my therapy practice
Life can be challenging. We can feel like we’ve lost our way or even lost ourselves. Sometimes, being with someone independent of your life, circumstances and relationships can be the best way to put things into perspective.
As a qualified, BACP accredited counsellor I can offer you the attention, patience and space required to help you to work out what is really going on for you; a place of clarity and new possibilities.
I have been trained integratively in a variety of counselling theories, focusing on the therapeutic relationship I work mainly with a psychodynamic approach. This means that I hold in mind an appreciation of the influence of the unconscious processes we all create in our formative years on how we currently live our lives. Our early attachment bonds also shape how we live, love, communicate with and relate to people.
Once we understand and consider the whole picture we can choose what we want to keep, let go of or do differently. Understanding brings with it a gracious invitation to change, if we choose it and if it suits who we wish to be.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer individual and group clinical supervision for therapists at all stages of development and growth from my air conditioned private garden room, as well as online via Vsee. I currently have openings for qualified counsellors and trainees on placement.
As a qualified supervisor, I look forward to working alongside counsellors, psychotherapists, pastoral workers and others in the helping and mental health professions to create a welcoming, reflective space for the vital work you do.
I offer a warm, collaborative, and safe environment where we can explore your client work together. By actively listening and fully attending to your experiences, I want to help you bring fresh clarity to your practice while always keeping your clients' needs, ethics and good practice at the heart of our discussions.
I am here to support you in navigating the complexities of your practice, facilitating meaningful reflection, good theprautic outcomes and help in achieving your professional and developmental goals. My approach primarily draws upon Hawkins’ Seven-Eyed Model. This framework provides a systemic lens to look closely at the various dynamics of your work, anchoring our collaboration within a respectful and robust ethical framework. Together, we will work with warmth, respect, and transparency to help your practice thrive.
To ensure that our supervision continues to meet your evolving needs, I conduct regular reviews of our work together. My fees are £60 for a one-hour session or £90 for a 1.5-hour monthly supervision session.
I offer a free, no-obligation introductory call to discuss your needs and aims for clinical supervision, as well as your background, training and setting. Together we can explore how I might support your work, and see if we are a good fit for supportive, growth orientated supervision.
I work from my Winnersh based practice and online.
