I work in a solution focused way and have  been working in this field for fourteen years with experience  in  motivational interviewing and the coaching approach.

I work with young adults 18 +  and with a  variety of complex needs.

I have extensive experience with work place bullying /mobbing in the work place.

Clients struggling with abelism and awaiting diagnosis looking at Spoons theory & systems.

 I am trauma responsive in my approach and have supported  those with lived experience of Blood Bourne virus’s, coercive control, domestic violence sexual violence and childhood neglect and abuse.

BAME issues featuring Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.

I will conduct a brief 10 minute telephone screening assessment free of charge in order to assess need and will book you in for an initial assessment.

The fee if wishing to secure the booking  for the following week is then to be paid in full in advance.  £50 for generic counselling  

(Fee’s for supervision can be negotiated dependant on need /skill set) 

I have a 24 hr cancellation notice  policy/fee’s to be paid in advance.

Ideally I work in six weekly chunks in order to assess therapeutic value and review hopes/goals and aims periodically.

This can of course be explored in our initial telephone screening call.

I have been a supervisor for the past four years now for a charity working in a trauma responsive way with generic counselling  issues. I also oversee some domestic violence and sexual trauma presentation.

I would describe myself as having  a wealth of experience and knowledge working with universities such as Metanoia & Chichester and those in the surrounding areas supporting their Diploma & BA HONS & viva students to complete their course requirements working alongside them supporting best practise as a BACP membership organisation and Supervisee’s working towards their Accredited hours.

I facilitated  four supervision groups per month of counsellors from various different counselling  modalities and demographic and social economic backgrounds.

I carried out 1-1 top up sessions supporting counsellors with complex client considerations and give additional ADHOC  support via email and telephone as and when required.

I developed Supervisee’s skill set and run a support group helping counsellors to set up their private practice.
