About me and my therapy practice
At times in our life we may feel overwhelmed with our feelings and can struggle with life, work, relationships or family. Clients engage with me when they are feeling unhappy or helpless in their situation.
Clients come to me with a variety of experiences, such as bereavement, anxiety, OCD, Phobias, ADHD, panic-attacks, addiction, PTSD, relationship issues, self-esteem, anger, low confidence, depression, childhood trauma (abuse) and many others. I have worked with children, teenagers, adults and older adults. I have supported clients within the NHS mental health service, children's mental health and West Midlands Police service.
My focus has always been to empower the clients I work with. My clients report feeling calmer and stronger, having the ability to understand themselves and how to find peace in their life.
Sessions can be booked from 8am to 9pm.
