About me and my therapy practice
Having qualified in 2001 my approach to counselling is primarly person centred. I have considerable experience of working with trauma and have worked with a wide range of presenting issues. My approach is pragmatic - change can happen but it has to be the right time.
Practice description
I can offer sessions face to face from my therapy room in South Warrington, online or on the telephone. When you express an interest in counselling I will contact you to arrange a short informal discussion to see what you wish to gain from therapy and to see if we can work together. From that conversation I will send you an information pack giving further details on my practice. I look forward to hearing fro you.
