About me and my therapy practice

I am available to provide relationship counselling online for couples and families where one or more participants are in receipt of state benefits (other than child or disability benefit). I also work with migrants on low incomes who do not have recourse to public funds.

These sessions are available free-of-charge.

I offer short term work over six sessions. In exceptional circumstances this may be extended, up to a maximum of twelve sessions in total.

Practice description

My aim is to help you have happier, more fulfilling relationships. I work with clients in receipt of benefits, because I recognize the effect that money stress can have on family life.

I have current practitioner insurance and a valid enhanced DBS check. I receive regular supervision.

About me and my therapy practice

My aim is to help you have happier, more fulfilling relationships. Most couples and families go through tough times and sometimes need help to find a way forward.

I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to help you change together and accept each other more. Because no two relationships are the same, I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches, adapted to what you're bringing to therapy.

Typically we will meet 6 - 12 times over course of 3 - 6 months. I offer sessions online and also have limited availability to meet face-to-face in Oxford.

I also offer low-cost therapy where one or more participants are in receipt of state benefits or for migrants with limited resources and no recourse to public funds.
