About me and my therapy practice
I specialise in assisting clients who are navigating the complexities of emotional dysregulation due to chronic stress, traumatic life events, enduring health conditions and neurodiversity.
My approach focuses on nurturing personal development, enhancing self-esteem, and cultivating a strong sense of identity. I employ creative communication techniques that facilitate a deeper, embodied form of self-reflection. In addition, I provide skills training grounded in neuroscience principles, designed to help clients feel safer and regain control over their lives.
Join me on a journey towards healing and self-discovery, where you'll find support, understanding, and innovative strategies to help you reclaim your sense of autonomy and well-being.
Practice description
I offer an embodied approach to counselling, integrating mind and body to address how emotions, stress, and trauma are stored physically. By guiding clients to connect with their bodily sensations through breathwork, movement, grounding, and body awareness techniques, I help them process emotions, release tension, and promote holistic well-being. This approach fosters a deeper connection to oneself and supports emotional and physical healing.
Additionally, I provide neurodiversity coaching tailored to empower individuals with ADHD, autism, and other cognitive variations. Using a strength-based framework, I incorporate DBT skills—such as mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness—to help clients manage challenges and build resilience. My coaching emphasizes self-awareness, acceptance, and self-advocacy, equipping clients with tools to navigate their unique experiences confidently. This personalized approach supports emotional well-being, enhances relationships, and improves overall quality of life.

I'm also experienced in working with co-occurring and long-term health conditions, offering a compassionate and informed approach tailored to complex needs.
My approach focuses on nurturing autonomy, enhancing confidence, and cultivating a strong sense of identity. I employ creative communication techniques that facilitate embodied self-reflection. In addition, I provide skills training grounded in neuroscience principles, designed to help clients feel psychologically safe and gain a sense of control over their lives.
My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration, and I offer a safe, thoughtful space in which clients can make sense of their life experiences with understanding and support.
Practice description
My approach is integrative, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic perspectives to meet each client’s individual needs. Alongside talking therapy, I also work in a relational, reflective, and somatic way, helping clients make sense of their thoughts, feelings, and patterns of experience.
I have particular experience supporting clients with anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, ADHD, autism, and relationship difficulties.
My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration, and I aim to offer a safe, thoughtful space in which clients can feel understood and supported.
I also have experience working alongside other professionals where appropriate, and in adapting therapy to suit neurodivergent clients and those who may find more traditional approaches less helpful.
