About me and my therapy practice
I'm a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist and I work one-to-one with teenagers and young people.
I have a Masters degree from IATE (The Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education) and have worked with children and young people, their parents, carers and teachers for over 10 years. I am also Level 1 trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems).
For the past 5 years I have chosen to specialise in therapy for adolescents. I help young people to navigate the challenges they face during this intense period of change and uncertainty, providing a space for them to make sense of overwhelming or confusing feelings and process difficult experiences. Young people often find relief in talking about what's on their mind and I help them find a way to express themselves in a way that feels right for them. We may use images and creative arts to facilitate this process as speaking about difficult feelings isn’t always easy.
I currently work in private practice in Ealing Common and in secondary schools, providing one-to-one therapy for young people and helping parents and teachers to support them. Therapy is mostly face-to-face but online sessions can be arranged if it is more suitable.
