About me and my therapy practice
With an experienced and compassionate approach, I provide effective counselling support from which you will develop self awareness and gain coping strategies and techniques. Think of counselling as a safe space in which you will feel heard and understood, a space exclusively for you to explore and resolve issues and anxieties. Sessions can be held face to face or via Zoom video calling.

Whether you're looking for couples counselling or individual counselling, my role is to support and guide you in working through your issues, encouraging positive change. I work with many issues including relationship difficulties, anxiety, grief, and life changes.

It is important to find a counsellor you connect with. I offer a free telephone consultation to see if we are a good ‘fit’. Making time for counselling can be hard and so I also offer lunchtime and evening appointments to try to accommodate busy lives. If you're not sure whether counselling is for you, a telephone consultation is a great way to find out.
