Sometimes life can be challenging and you just need support to navigate those difficult times. If you are looking to take back control of your life and find a way forward and to design the life you dream of leading - a life filled with empowerment, fulfillment, and joy together we will work to achieve this.
In a safe and nurturing space, your voice will be heard, your concerns understood, and your growth celebrated. I am here to guide you towards healing and positive transformation, supporting you every step of the way on your path to a brighter, more vibrant future.
Working together face-to-face from my office in Hinckley, Leicestershire (or online if you prefer), I will provide you with all the support, tools, and techniques needed to navigate and manage these challenges effectively.
Whether you're dealing with
Anxiety
Depression
Stress
Low self-esteem,
Addiction
Couples or Family therapy,
My private therapy sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs. I can offer a full program of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which has been very effective when working with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, low mood, and also addictions. I also welcome those seeking personal development or just wanting to enhance their overall well-being.
I offer both individual and couples/family therapy, utilising Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) which focuses on enhancing emotional connections within relationships.
EFT is a method of therapy that aims to build secure relationship bonds between couples, families, and individuals through collaboration and structure in a relatively short period.
The therapy focuses efforts on helping couples overcome conflicts and communication issues and alleviates distress from many causes including affairs.
Our sessions are carefully crafted to facilitate the movement from distress to healing by transforming negative patterns of interaction into a safe emotional connection between intimate partners and family members.

About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Andrea. Life can be stressful at times, and we all face challenges throughout our lives that can be difficult to navigate alone . If you’re finding things difficult or feeling unsure where to turn, you’re in the right place. I offer a calm, steady space to talk things through.
My style is warm, straightforward, and human — practical support, gentle honesty, and a grounded approach that helps things feel more manageable and with a touch of humour where it helps.
In our sessions, you’ll find a space where you can talk freely, be fully yourself, and feel genuinely heard. Some days you may want to explore your emotions; other days you might prefer something more structured or practical. I sometimes offer simple worksheets or small reflections to explore between sessions. Many clients say this makes therapy feel more engaging and meaningful, rather than just talking.
Although CBT is a key part of my work, I also draw on my wider training — including relational, emotional‑focused, and systemic approaches — so you receive the best of my skills and knowledge. This means our work is shaped around you.
CBT remains one of the most researched and effective therapies available today. It’s recommended by the NHS and NICE for many concerns — including anxiety, depression, stress management etc — because it helps people understand the patterns that keep them stuck and gives them practical ways to shift them.
Whether we meet in my Hinckley office or online, you’ll be met with warmth and respect. I support individuals, couples, and families with anxiety, depression, stress, low self‑esteem, addiction, and relationship challenges — as well as those wanting to grow, reset, or reconnect with themselves.
Therapy with me is a partnership. It’s a place where your story matters, your growth is celebrated, and you’re supported with both compassion and practical tools. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, more hopeful, and more like yourself again, I’m here to help you achieve this.

About me and my therapy practice
When life feels overwhelming, you don’t have to face it alone
You might be holding everything together on the outside while feeling anxious, low, or stuck on the inside. Many people come to me when they’re exhausted from coping alone and want to feel calmer, more confident, and more connected again. If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
I offer a warm, down‑to‑earth space where you can talk openly, make sense of what you’re feeling, and begin to move forward at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing you down and find practical, compassionate ways to help you feel more grounded and in control of your life.
How I work
Whether we meet in my office or online, you’ll receive steady support and a personalised approach shaped around your needs. I draw from a range of therapeutic methods, allowing me to adapt our work so it feels safe, effective, and truly tailored to you.
Clients often tell me they appreciate my calm, supportive style and the way I help them understand their emotions without judgement. My aim is to help you feel understood, empowered, and ready to make meaningful changes.
What I can help with
I offer individual, couples, and family therapy for concerns such as:
Relationship issues, including recovery after affairs
Anxiety
Depression
Stress
Low self-esteem
Grief and loss
Trauma
Family dynamics
Taking the first step
Reaching out can feel daunting, but it’s also a powerful act of self-care. Our first session is simply a chance to talk, explore what you need, and see whether we’re a good fit. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan — we’ll figure it out together.
If something here resonates with you, now is a good time to get in touch and start making changes that will benefit every area of your life. You deserve to feel calmer, more connected, and more hopeful about your future.
