About me and my therapy practice

If you’re exhausted from masking, questioning yourself, or feeling like you don’t quite fit anywhere, you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with arrive feeling “too much”, behind, or worn down from constantly adapting.

I specialise in working with neurodivergent adults, including those who are autistic, ADHD or AuDHD, whether diagnosed, self-identified, or exploring neurodivergence. I also work with neurodivergent young people (16+) and parents, particularly those experiencing burnout, identity shifts, or ongoing work and life stress.

Clients often tell me that they feel understood in a way they haven’t before, and that therapy with me becomes a place where they can begin to unmask safely. I work from the perspective that you are not broken, your responses make sense, and together we can explore them with compassion and curiosity.

My approach is warm, calm and collaborative. I listen carefully and without judgement, adapting the work to you rather than expecting you to fit a particular model. Some people want space to reflect; others value gentle structure. We’ll work at a pace and in a way that feels right for you.

Alongside my integrative counselling training, I hold an MSc in Autism and Neurodiversity and regularly undertake specialist CPD. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming and grounded in the BACP Ethical Framework.

If you’re unsure whether therapy feels right, I offer an initial conversation (30–60 minutes) so you can get a sense of me and how I work, without pressure to commit. I recognise that reaching out can take courage, and I aim to make that first step feel as safe and human as possible.

I offer sessions in person, via Zoom or on the phone for clients who are not able to get to my therapy room.
