About me and my therapy practice
I’m an experienced integrative therapist and trainee sex & relationship therapist offering a professional, supportive and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore personal challenges, relationships, intimacy and sexual wellbeing, while developing greater self-awareness and emotional resilience.
You may be feeling lost, lonely, anxious, or struggling to maintain or navigate relationships. You might be experiencing difficulties following betrayal, confusion in relationships, changes in desire, or challenges with sexual function or behaviour. Whatever you are bringing, I offer a confidential and warm space to explore what feels difficult at your own pace.
I work affirmatively with gender-expansive clients, diverse sexualities and relationship styles, and I am a kink-aware therapist. I am currently training as a Psychosexual and Relationships Therapist with the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology and am on placement at 56 Dean Street.
I take a culturally humble approach and am attentive to how aspects of identity, background and life experience can influence wellbeing, relationships and personal growth.
Practice description
How I work
I draw on a range of approaches including Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Mindfulness, and GSRD (Gender, Sex, Relationship Diversity) Therapy. In my psychosexual work, I take a pluralistic approach, tailoring the work to each individual.
I recognise that every client is unique and work collaboratively to help you explore and make sense of your experiences, including how past experiences may continue to influence present relationships and wellbeing.
Practical details
I offer therapy online and in person in English, Spanish and Catalan. I also speak French, though I am more fluent in the other languages.
In my psychosexual work, I support individuals with a range of concerns relating to sexual wellbeing and relationships, including desire, arousal, orgasm, sexual function, pain during sex, relationship difficulties, ethical non-monogamy, fertility and reproductive experiences, sexuality and gender identity, compulsive sexual behaviours, pleasure, kinks and fetishes, and the impact of sexual violence or childhood sexual abuse.
From September 2026, I will also be offering psychosexual work with intimate partners, supporting couples to explore intimacy, communication, sexual wellbeing and relationship dynamics.
