I work In-Person & Remotely via telephone and videocall. I provide individual counselling for both young people and young adults.

 I offer sessions on a weekly basis for up to 50 minutes. Normally I work within a 6 to 12 week counselling cycle. However, where appropriate longer term counselling can be contracted, with regular reviews to discuss your counselling goals.

In the counselling space, I can help you explore your thoughts, emotions and the life situations that you may be finding difficult. I can also help you to work through the knock on effect these may be having in your life. My experience covers a diverse range of mental health challenges.

I take a pluralistic approach to counselling, and I will provide you with an opportunity to work collaboratively at your pace, to help you meet your individual goals. This counselling space is a safe and non-judgmental place. 

Your mind is your greatest resource and when the storms of life blow counselling is a good way to nurture a peaceful mind. Its a brave thing to reach out for support and it is human to feel unsteady during different stages of our lives. Having someone who can provide you with quality time and space to work through the things that are concerning you is beneficial. 

I offer a free consultation up to 30 minutes to provide you an opportunity to get to know myself and to determine if counselling with me is right for you. If you decide to have counselling with myself, you will be invited to a telephone assessment appointment (£30). The assessment allows us to explore your presenting issues more in-depth. This appointment informs the future counselling work to best support you. After assessment ongoing counselling sessions can begin.
