About me and my therapy practice

I am currently working solely online, seeing clients via Google Meet or WhatsApp Video.  Working online has many benefits, giving you the opportunity to access therapy in the comfort of your own home, as well as being able to access the right therapist for you, regardless of your location.  My online practice means that I can stay at home with my two miniature dachshunds (which can be a good or bad thing, depending on their attitude!).

I work with clients experiencing a range of issues such as anxiety and depression, self-esteem issues, eating disorders, relationship difficulties and identity exploration, among others.  Neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, dyslexia & more) is my main area of expertise, a topic I feel passionate about.

I have ADHD myself and therefore understand how difficult it can be to be neurodivergent and live in a neurotypical world.  I have worked with many neurodivergent clients to work through the emotional impact as well as supporting them to manage productivity, organisation and social aspects.  Though I cannot diagnose, I have knowledge of the UK ADHD and ASD diagnosis pathways and have helped a number of clients prepare for their assessments, understanding the process and criteria, and how their experience fits into the traits.  I work with diagnosed neurodivergent clients as well as self-diagnosed and clients that wish to explore this possibility, whether they choose to seek diagnosis or not. Neurodivergence often comes with other challenges like low self-esteem, perfectionism and loneliness (to name a few), and so I'm keen to hear your experience to support you through these challenges too.

Practice description

You can expect sessions with me to be fairly goal-focused and I see this as working with purpose.  I regularly review with clients to reflect on how we are working towards their goals, noticing any positive change or acknowledging if we need to shift direction, so you can be assured that you are getting the best out of therapy.

Whatever your reason for considering therapy, it is your journey, so I will be led by you.  I believe that you are the expert of your own life and having the space to talk through difficulties with support and empathy can relieve the stress.  I don’t judge; we’re all human with our own struggles and stresses.

My first session

I understand the importance of finding the right therapist, and so I offer a free introductory call. You are welcome to email me to discuss this. I'm also available via text or WhatsApp if it's more comfortable for you.

I wish you luck on your journey and hope to hear from you soon.

About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced counsellor with over eight years of practice, now extending my work into the field of supervision. My background has given me the privilege of working with a wide range of clients and contexts, with a particular focus on neurodivergence. My own AuDHD (autism & ADHD) supports a deeper understanding of my neurodivergent clients and supervisees.

I aim to bring a grounded, compassionate approach to supervision, where the unique experience of each supervisee is valued and nurtured to help you bring your best self to your clients.

What I enjoy most in supervision is seeing practitioners grow in confidence and clarity, finding their own style, and thriving in their work with clients. I believe that supervision should be a supportive, collaborative space where practitioners can both celebrate their successes and reflect on challenges. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you deepen your understanding of your practice while staying connected to your own wellbeing as a practitioner.

Practice description

My supervision practice is informed by the 7-eyed model, which provides a rich, holistic framework for reflection and learning. Alongside this, I draw on my experience in person-centred, attachment-based, and solution-focused modalities, tailoring my approach to the needs of each practitioner. Whether you are newly qualified or more experienced, I aim to provide a safe, encouraging space to reflect on your client work, professional growth, and self-care.

My first session

I am currently offering the first three months of supervision (totalling 4.5 hours) at a reduced rate. This gives us the opportunity to build a working relationship with a reduced financial burden, and to see whether my approach feels like a good fit for your needs.

If you are looking for supervision that balances support with thoughtful challenge, I would be delighted to hear from you.
