About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified integrative transpersonal psychosynthesis practitioner who uses a holistic approach to healing, growth and transformation. Transpersonal counselling incorporates body, mind and spirit in the process. The model I use draws on the principles of psychodynamics, person-centred approach, gestalt and mindfulness. I aim to tailor my methods to best work for your needs and to maintain a relational connection so that your concerns can be addressed openly and received empathically.

Whatever your presenting issues, concerns or goals may be, I would like to reassure you that you will always be accepted and be treated as an unique individual.

My job is to listen thoughtfully and to co-create a space with you for understanding and healing.

About me and my therapy practice

Therapy offers a grounded, welcoming space to pause, reflect, and restore your connection with yourself and others. Whether you are navigating persistent relational patterns, processing unresolved trauma, or feeling disconnected during a major life transition, you do not have to figure it out alone. I work collaboratively with both individuals and couples to foster meaningful, lasting change.

As a transpersonal integrative therapist, I view healing through a holistic lens that honours the mind, body, and spirit. My practice is trauma-informed and incorporates somatic approaches, including somatic EMDR. Rather than focusing solely on managing symptoms, we work together to understand their root causes. By tuning into body awareness and the wisdom of your nervous system, we can safely process painful experiences and restore balance.

In individual work, we might untangle long-standing coping mechanisms, address deep-seated trauma, or reconnect with your core identity and purpose. In couples therapy, I provide a compassionate space to break stuck communication loops, heal attachment wounds, and deepen intimacy.

I offer sessions in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, welcoming clients both in-person at my Ealing practice and online.

Practice description

My practice is built around creating a safe, confidential, and steady environment where you feel genuinely heard. I aim to keep the process of starting therapy clear and transparent, so you know exactly what to expect from our very first contact.

We begin with a complimentary 15-minute initial consultation by phone or video. This gives us a chance to briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any practical questions, and check whether my approach feels like the right fit for you.

If we decide to move forward, we will establish a regular time for our work. I offer both short-term targeted therapy and open-ended support, depending on your needs. Sessions take place either in my consulting spaces or through secure video calls.

My practice currently has availability for weekday daytime sessions before 6pm. If these hours align with your schedule, please reach out to arrange our introductory conversation.

My first session

Following our brief initial consultation, your first full session is charged at my standard rate. This meeting functions as a collaborative exploration rather than a rigid or clinical assessment, allowing us to build a comfortable pace together.

During our first session, we will typically cover:

  • What brings you to therapy right now and what you hope to achieve from our work

  • An overview of your background, key relationships, and current support networks

  • Relevant wellbeing considerations to ensure our work together is safe and well-supported

  • Practical agreements regarding confidentiality, boundaries, and session rhythm

For couples, our initial focus is on understanding the core dynamics within your relationship, identifying immediate pressure points, and establishing shared goals.

At the end of the session, we will take time to reflect on how the space felt for you. There is no pressure to commit on the spot; you are welcome to take time to reflect before deciding whether to establish regular ongoing sessions.
