Practice description

Bridging Success and Self: An Integrated Approach to Healing

My work is for the successful womxn who feels the gap between her outer achievement and her inner peace. I understand the pressure of navigating a demanding, non-traditional career path while wrestling with burnout or quiet high-functioning anxiety.

My foundation is a unique blend of expertise and lived experience: an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy and an MSc in International Business Management. This dual background gives me a rare perspective: I deeply understand the psychological processes of identity, change, and belonging. I also grasp the systems, stress, and drive inherent in the professional world.

Beyond the Academic: Experience That Guides Our Work

My experience in complex, high-demand settings has taught me what truly creates lasting change:

Diverse Clinical Insight: My time in the NHS IAPT Service (Primary Care Mental Health), the Multi-Ethnic Unit at Waterloo Community Counselling, and as a leader in the LPWP (Lambeth Portuguese Wellbeing Partnership) has shown me that healing happens beyond academic learning.

The Wisdom of the Body: I believe the most profound knowledge comes from the inside out. Our body, sensations, thoughts, and emotions provide a unique map to healing. I integrate this knowledge through therapeutic tools like embodiment, creativity, and parts work, all of which are trauma-informed to ensure safety and depth.

Safety and Belonging: True inner transformation—the profound feeling of Belonging—emerges when we safely integrate our story and our body.
