About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced Psychodynamic and Equine Facilitated Psychotherapist. I can offer you a safe, non-judgemental, confidential and supportive space to share your story and help navigate a way through your challenges. I works face to face, online and with my therapy herd of horses. Working psychodynamically means I help you to discover how past experiences may be impacting you today. In addition, I can offer sessions with my horses. These are non-ridden and no experience with horses is necessary.This way of working is more somatic and can help to unlock and work with feelings and patterns held in the body.

Practice description

My private practice is in Cookham and Marlow. I offer Face to Face and zoom sessions. Equine sessions with the herd take place outdoors in the paddocks.

My first session

Firstly, I would recommend to schedule a 15 minute complimentary telephone call to see if what I can offer feels a good fit for your needs. Then, your first session with me, either online or face to face would be a 90-minute consultation.
