About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my profile. I offer Counselling, Supervision, Well-Being MOTs. I also Specialise in working with the NHS with Trauma Clients. I also offer a Holistic approach to my Well-Being MOTs. This provides you with a space to work with a Trained Therapist to assess your well-being and highlight any support you need to prevent burnout or further breakdowns in your Mental Health.
I have a wealth of experience, Knowledge and Qualifications in Mental Health.
I am a qualified Therapist, Clinical Supervisor.
I work with with Adults and Adolescents. I do this in a variety of ways Such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness Therapy and Talking Therapy as we all have different needs and ways that work for you individually. I offer:

I run a successful, busy, full-time practice in York helping clients with a range of presenting issues also offering clinical supervision to Therapist and mental health professionals, as individuals or groups. I also offer supervision to student member supervises at a concession
In my supervision practise I offer an integrated approach based on the 7 Eyed Supervision model. I believe supervision is a working alliance based on openness, honesty and mutual respect, where you can be heard, supported, challenged and nurtured.
We work together to help you process your thoughts and feelings in a supportive non judgmental approach.
