About me and my therapy practice
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxious thoughts, moving through grief, low mood, or navigating a major life change, you’re not alone. Many people reach out when they no longer recognise themselves, when they’re tired of coping alone, or when life feels heavier than it should. If that’s you, I want you to feel seen here.
I offer a warm, honest, and human space where you can show up exactly as you are. Our work won’t be cold or clinical. It will be real. Sometimes we’ll laugh, sometimes things may feel tender or challenging, and sometimes you might push back—and that’s welcome. Therapy is a living, breathing relationship, and together we’ll explore what’s happening inside you with curiosity and compassion.
My integrative approach means I tailor our sessions to your needs. I draw from Person‑Centred therapy to stay with your present experience, Psychodynamic work to understand how the past shapes you, IFS to explore your inner parts, ACT to help you unhook from difficult thoughts, and somatic mindfulness to reconnect you with your body’s wisdom. This blend helps you understand your internal world and how it influences the way you think, feel, and behave.
Whether you’re dealing with relationship struggles, low self-esteem, spiralling thoughts, pressure to be "The Best" or the emotional complexity of perimenopause, my aim is to help you develop the self-awareness needed to show up more confidently and compassionately in your life. Together, we’ll work to bring the real you to the surface—someone you can trust, someone you can feel at home with.

Practice description
I work integratively, drawing from several therapeutic approaches and tailoring our sessions to your unique needs. No two people are the same, and no single approach fits everyone. Instead, I weave together different modalities to support you in the most compassionate and effective way.
**Person‑Centred Therapy (the here and now)**
This keeps us grounded in your present experience. You’ll have space to explore your thoughts and feelings in an empathic environment where you are deeply heard, helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom.
**Psychodynamic Therapy (the past)**
By gently exploring your early experiences, we can uncover patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses that may no longer serve you. Understanding these patterns can bring clarity and freedom.
**IFS (Parts Work)**
IFS helps you understand the different “parts” within you—your anxious part, inner critic, protector, or younger wounded parts. Instead of battling them, we learn to listen and bring compassion to your internal world.
**ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy)**
ACT supports you in stepping back from unhelpful thoughts, making space for difficult emotions, and taking action guided by your values. It’s grounding and especially helpful for anxiety and overthinking.
**Somatic Mindfulness (the body’s wisdom)**
Your body holds signals and stories your mind may overlook. Through gentle awareness of sensations and internal states, you can regulate your nervous system and feel more connected to yourself.
Together, these approaches help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, body, and past experiences shape your behaviour and relationships.

About me and my therapy practice
About Me
I’m a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, insured and a registered member of the BACP. I bring several years of experience supporting clients through personal and professional challenges.
My Background
Began in the NHS at a GP surgery, supporting clients in crisis: anxiety, depression, relationship breakdowns, financial stress. Transitioned into Private Practice during covid, now work exclusively online
Who I Work With
• Adults navigating life direction, self-worth, and relationship challenges may feel uncertain, overwhelmed, and disconnected from their values. These struggles can impact confidence and boundaries, yet with reflection and support, they can become powerful turning points that foster clarity, resilience, and more fulfilling connections.
•Professionals dealing with work stress, imposter syndrome, and exhaustion may experience self doubt, blurred boundaries, and declining wellbeing. These pressures can undermine confidence and performance, yet with awareness and supportive intervention, they can also become a turning point for rebuilding resilience, clarity, and healthier ways of working.
• Women in peri-menopause coping with mood shifts, anxiety, fatigue, and physical symptoms
• Adults dealing with ADHD (diagnosed or self diagnosed)
My Approach
My aim with clients is to focus on personal growth and transformation, establishing healthy boundaries, understanding relationship dynamics, connecting more deeply to their inner self, intuition and understanding their emotions. I work exclusively online I find this works particularly well for my clients who have adopted hybrid working or who travel a lot for work as I can meet weekly/fortnightly/short term or long-term depending on your needs
I Can Help With
• Childhood trauma
• Depression & low mood
• Anxiety & social anxiety
• Relationship difficulties
• Negative patterns & low self-esteem
• Peri-menopausal emotional and physical challenges
Practice description
I tailor therapy to fit you, I draw from different approaches depending on what you need, whether that’s exploring how your past affects the present, building emotional awareness, or finding practical ways to move forward. I also look at how your emotional wellbeing connects with physical health, especially around things like anxiety, low mood, peri-menopause, or stress.
My goal is to support you in understanding yourself better and creating lasting change.
