About me and my therapy practice
I am a humanistic counsellor and clinical supervisor with eight years of experience supporting children, young people, and adults. I offer a warm, creative, and compassionate space where you can explore what you’re going through at your own pace.
Building a trusting therapeutic relationship sits at the heart of my work, as I believe this is what truly supports healing, change, and growth.
I have experience in areas including substance misuse, domestic abuse, mental health, school and charity settings. I’m passionate about the positive impact counselling can have and feel privileged to support people as they navigate their challenges and discover their strengths.
Practice description
I work in a gentle, humanistic way, bringing together person-centred, Gestalt, CBT and psychosynthesis approaches. Creativity is at the heart of my practice, and I often use visualisation, drawing, metaphor and other creative media to help you explore your inner world in a way that feels natural and expressive.
I believe that each person carries their own wisdom and knows, deep down, what they need in order to live a life that feels true to them. Counselling offers a warm, reflective and supportive space where you can connect with that inner knowledge, helping you grow in self-confidence, trust yourself more fully, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
My first session
Your first session will be a free 20-minute consultation where we can gently explore any questions or concerns you may have. After that, you’ll be welcomed into the therapeutic room for an assessment, giving you the chance to meet me face-to-face and get a genuine feel for the space and how it might support you on your journey.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer clinical supervision to both experienced counsellors and trainees, providing a supportive and collaborative space in which to reflect, grow, and strengthen therapeutic practice. I believe that the most effective supervision relationship is one that is co-created—where both supervisor and supervisee work together to develop a way of working that reflects the supervisee’s needs, professional identity, and learning style, while remaining firmly grounded in the BACP Ethical Framework.
My approach to supervision is relational, reflective, and attuned to the evolving demands of therapeutic work. I aim to provide a safe environment where supervisees feel able to explore challenges, celebrate successes, and deepen insight into the dynamics that arise within their client work. I view supervision as a joint endeavour that supports ethical, competent, and compassionate practice.
I bring experience of working with a wide range of clients, including families, children and young people (CYP) and adults. I hold a Level 5 qualification in counselling CYP and have supported individuals presenting with a broad variety of mental health concerns. This background enables me to offer informed and sensitive guidance to practitioners working across different settings and modalities.
Whether you are newly training or well-established in your career, my aim is to offer supervision that is grounded, thoughtful, ethically robust, and tailored to your development as a practitioner.
Practice description
I offer both individual and group supervision services designed to support you in developing and deepening your therapeutic practice. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or at the beginning of your professional journey, supervision provides a valuable space to reflect, learn, and grow.
My approach is grounded in creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where you can openly explore your client work, professional challenges, and personal responses. Together, we work collaboratively to enhance your self-awareness, build confidence, and strengthen your clinical skills.
Supervision with me invites thoughtful reflection, gentle but meaningful challenge, and opportunities for insight that can enrich your work with clients. I aim to help you integrate theory with practice, develop your professional identity, and navigate the complexities that can arise in therapeutic work.
Through encouragement, guidance, and mentoring, I support you in becoming a more attuned, effective, and ethical therapist or counsellor. My goal is to walk alongside you as you grow in competence, clarity, and compassion—ensuring your practice continues to evolve in a way that is sustainable, aligned, and fulfilling.
My first session
Our first session is a free, informal meeting where you can ask any questions and get a sense of whether I’m the right supervisor for your practice. We can then arrange a time to complete an assessment when it's convenient for you.
