About Me
I provide a safe, nonjudgemental, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Life can be overwhelming, and I aim to help you understand what causes distress and discover ways to feel more confident, calm, and empowered.

I primarily work using a psychodynamic and person-centred approach, helping clients understand emotional patterns, build self-awareness, and process life experiences in a safe environment.
Specialist Areas
I have advanced training in the Walking Free Model, supporting individuals who have experienced:
Coercive control and abusive relationships;
Cults, sects, or high-demand groups
Spiritual or religious abuse
Trauma, including rape and sexual abuse
Abusive New Religious Movements (NRMs)

Practice description
I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgemental space for individuals and couples, including LGBTQ+ and heteronormative relationships. As a BACP Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist, my work meets the high professional and ethical standards set by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, giving clients reassurance of quality, safety, and confidentiality.
I work primarily using psychodynamic and person-centred approaches, helping clients process challenges, build self-awareness, and develop strategies to feel more confident and resilient. I offer specialist support for trauma, coercive or spiritual abuse, neurodiversity (ADHD/Autism), and couples counselling, creating a space where you can explore your experiences and move forward safely and effectively.
My first session
I offer a free 15 minute consultation where we see if we are the right fit for eachother.
My sessions are either based in a safe, private space in my home or online via Zoom/telephone
