About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling with day-to-day activities or in your relationships? Have you found yourself falling into patterns of behaviour that can be unhelpful? If so, counselling could help you. I offer a space where you are free to explore your issues where you don’t have to pretend to be anything or worry about being judged. Whether you are struggling with feelings of anxiety and depression or have suffered a loss of some kind or one of the many other things that bring people to counselling, I will support you in working through the issues.
I understand that coming to counselling can be daunting. I can offer a safe place where you can work through difficult feelings and start to make sense of things in a non-judgmental environment. I will support you through our work together.
I have diverse experience of working with young people. This ranges from supporting young people with conditions such as Autism and ADHD in an academic setting; providing emotional support in a mentor role within a school; and counselling, providing therapeutic support. I understand the demands that young people can face in today's society from many different areas of life.
