About me and my therapy practice
I offer therapeutic coaching for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or caught in patterns they cannot seem to shift alone. My work combines deep reflective exploration with practical support for change, helping clients better understand themselves while also developing new ways of responding to life, relationships, work, and stress.
I work in a compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgemental way, creating a space where clients can safely explore thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and embodied responses at their own pace. Alongside reflective conversation, I integrate somatic awareness and nervous system-informed approaches to help clients reconnect with themselves beyond purely cognitive insight.
My approach is influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, neuroscience, therapeutic coaching, and person-centred approaches. Sessions may include reflective conversation, exploring emotional patterns, working with different parts of self, grounding practices, nervous system awareness, and practical experimentation between sessions to support lasting and meaningful change.
With over 15 years’ experience in leadership and consulting, including as a Director at Deloitte, I bring a deep understanding of workplace pressure, high-performance environments, and the emotional complexity that can sit beneath professional success.

Clients I work with
I work with adults, including professionals, senior leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, and individuals navigating personal or professional transition. Many of my clients appear capable externally but internally feel exhausted, anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward.
I offer a free 30-minute consultation to see whether we feel like the right fit for working together.
I support clients with:
• Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm (including stress held in the body and nervous system dysregulation)
• Burnout and recovery from long-term pressure
• Grief, loss, and major life transitions
• Self-esteem, confidence, and inner criticism
• Emotional regulation and feeling more grounded and resourced
• Relationship challenges, communication patterns, and people-pleasing
• Identity, purpose, and navigating work or life transitions
These themes often show up together, particularly for people who feel high-functioning externally but internally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in repeating patterns they are ready to shift.
I offer the sliding scale for self-funding sessions of £125 to £245 + vat per 75 min per session - for you to choose what is most comfortable based on budget.
