I believe everyone deserves to live a life that feels content and connected, not just emotionally, but practically too. That means our work might also touch on what’s happening in your body, relationships, environment or sense of direction.
I also offer walk-and-talk sessions in natural settings for clients who find grounding, movement, and nature helpful parts of the process.

Practice description
I offer walk-and-talk therapy. This takes the counselling session outdoors, walking side by side in natural surroundings.
Being in nature can create a different kind of space for reflection. The combination of movement, fresh air, and therapeutic support often helps clients feel more grounded, open, and connected emotionally, mentally, and physically.
This approach can be particularly helpful if you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or find traditional settings limiting. We'll go at your pace, and bring movement into therapy.
I also offer traditional face-to-face therapy, as well as online and telephone sessions for flexibility and accessibility.
Some clients benefit from a single, longer session when something specific needs time and focus. If that feels right for you, we can discuss whether this would be a good fit.
