About me and my therapy practice
For individuals:
Therapy gives you a professional space to speak your thoughts and feelings. You have a dedicated weekly session to receive the help you need.
When you’re struggling with feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or trying to cope with childhood trauma, dissociation, stress, relationship issues, loss and bereavement, bereavement by suicide, or suicidal ideation, therapy with me provides you with professional guidance and insight to process what you’ve been through and to find a way forward.
As your therapist, I use my training to help you make sense of and find some peace in your life. We work on what’s happened and what’s happening now. We do this work together so that you can feel more whole and more in control of your life.
For couples:
As a couples therapist, I help you improve communication, address unhelpful dynamics, rebuild trust, and develop mutual understanding. I help you when you’re experiencing conflicts and when there’s been betrayal or infidelity. When there are differing needs around sex and intimacy, I help you understand what you need and come together in ways that are mutually satisfying.
In couples therapy, you each have the benefit of speaking about what you are going through in the relationship with a nonjudgemental professional who ensures you each have space to talk and that respect and safety to express yourself is maintained.

About me and my therapy practice
My approach to supervision is integrative, relational, and framed within the Seven-Eyed Model of supervision. I provide collegial, professional containment for you and in support of your clients; to help you identify and ethically work with your own edges. I draw on psychodynamic and humanistic theorists although I very much enjoy working with and learning from other modalities.
My supervision is less about a hierarchical approach and more about being alongside you in a mutual interest focussed on your therapeutic work and yourself in your work, attending to what arises for you and what matters to you.
Although I see clients with a variety of presenting concerns, I do have areas in which I specialise: grief and loss, suicidality, bereavement by suicide, anger, disability, and relationship issues. I also work with groups, a way of working that I quite enjoy. Whether I’m working with individuals or groups, boundaries, ethics, integrity, curiosity, openness, and relational presence are important to me.
My supervision trainings are through The Grove (certificate) and Physis (diploma), both of which support integrative supervision models.
