About me and my therapy practice
A place where you'll feel genuinely heard, understood and supported. I'm Alex, a BACP Accredited counsellor with 8+ years’ experience and over 25 five-star Trustpilot reviews. Are you struggling with something? We can figure it out, together. New online clients only.
I believe that, deep down, we all have an inner compass, a certain sense of intuition that can guide us forward. If we're not careful, however, life’s pressures can easily obscure it. In our sessions, I’ll help you to reconnect with yourself, so that you can navigate life's challenges with more clarity and confidence, and make decisions that better align with you and who you want to be.
I'm Alex, a BACP Accredited counsellor with two Master's degrees (in Counselling and in Psychology) and over 8 years' experience working with people through all kinds of problems. In all this time, I’ve become deeply convinced of something: the challenges we face, painful as they are, often carry some type of hidden meaning, something worth finding.
But in order to find it, we must first learn to face our emotional pain, instead of avoiding it. "Let’s not ever again talk about how Dad died, ok?" Sound familiar? If, instead, we can find the courage to face and understand our pain, not only will we find better ways of dealing with it, but we will also come to know ourselves better. This is how Rumi put it:
“Don’t turn away. Keep your gaze on the bandaged place. That’s where the light enters you.”
How I work
The therapy that I offer is designed to provide you with a safe, confidential and supportive space, where you'll be assisted to explore your thoughts and emotions, eventually including those that might have been previously too uncomfortable to acknowledge.
Getting started
If something here has resonated, the next step is simple. Just send me a brief message, it doesn't need to be detailed or perfectly worded, and I'll come back to you, usually within a few hours, to arrange a first session.
My first session
I offer a free initial phone appointment (15-minutes), where we can discuss what you're looking for, what I offer, and whether we're a good match.
Contact me and I will get back to you within 1-6 hours.

About me and my therapy practice
A place where you'll feel genuinely heard, understood and supported. I'm Alex, a BACP Accredited counsellor with 8+ years’ experience and over 25 five-star Trustpilot reviews. Are you struggling with something? We can figure it out, together.
We live in a world that often teaches us to suppress our feelings, to carry on as if everything’s fine. But if in an attempt to appear strong and stable to others, we disconnect from our true selves, we're hindering our only way out of our misery. The way out is actually inwards.
In our sessions, you'll find a safe, supportive, confidential, and most importantly, non-judgemental space where you'll learn to look inwards. We'll endeavour to identify and unpack the heaviest of the emotions you're carrying. We’ll work together to understand these emotions, the situation, and how to best deal with it.
If you’re ready to take that first step towards becoming a better and happier human being, please get in touch. Together, we can begin your journey to a more balanced and fulfilling life.
My first session
The first session will serve as a chance to introduce ourselves to one another. I will also explain how I work, as well as what you can expect from the sessions and what will be expected from you.
Contact me and I will get back to you within 1-6 hours.
